The immediate use that I see for this, is an easy way to get people who say, uh, what CMS? When I tell them how much it would make their life easier to switch to a CMS to manage their website. Most people who aren't technologically inclined do not want to deal with setting up Apache, MySQL and PHP (I usually tell them to download XAMPP then proceed from there) and install/configure Drupal.
